06 Jun 2014

Lebanon is characterized by a fragile political stability, a deficient economic situation and structural regional imbalances prior to the Syrian conflict and the arrival of Syrian refugees. In this context, the report argues that there is a need to move away from a strictly relief response perspective based on the assessment of basic needs of both Syrian refugees and nationals.
