Adopting a comprehensive definition of health, this module helps teachers to sensitize children on common health hazards and diseases at the school or in the community and to support them to take part in its prevention and treatment. The module provides background information and a variety of activities to address hand washing, head lice and personal hygiene, which could be tailored by teachers to address any pressing health topic or habit.
