This report includes a summary of the main studies and reports developed on the issue of decentralization in Lebanon, in addition to the outcome of interviews and roundtables held around this issue during the period between November 2011 to April 2012. It has been written to serve as material on which the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities would rely in formulating the draft law on administrative decentralization.
