The objective of this report is to complement the analysis conducted to this point, across three key main areas:

a) define and articulate list Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be closely followed in order to monitor socio-economic progress across the three regions,

b) develop detailed project charters across all prescribed interventions in order to provide actionable plans for relevant stakeholders to take forward,

c) define Monitoring and Evaluation mechanism (M&E) guidelines in order to ensure that indicators’ tracking and reporting could be effectively and promptly completed in due time, as well as key developments/issues highlighted and still required corrective interventions.
