The present report, a National Strategy for the Lebanese Armed Forces tackles the LAF's energy sector in its various facilities spread across the country. The report identified the LAF's energy baseline (year 2015) along with the Armed Forces' energy efficiency and renewable energy targets for the year 2030 in line with the Government of Lebanon's goals ste out in the UNFCCC framework. 

The report goes a step further by identifying the roadmap to reaching these targets. Measures in both energy efficiency and renewable energy are detailed with information regarding implementation cost and potential savings.
